Volleyball 101
Volleyball 101 is the perfect introduction to the game for young athletes ages 5–10. Led by Coach Caroline Langer, this clinic focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the sport in a fun, positive environment. Each session combines age-appropriate drills in agility, movement, hand-eye coordination, passing, serving, and attacking form—designed to meet kids where they are and help them grow step by step. Whether your child is brand new to volleyball or just starting out, Volleyball 101 will lay a solid foundation of skills and teamwork they can build on for seasons to come.
Join us on Tuesdays and watch your young athlete discover just how fun volleyball can be!
Equipment: Each camper should dress appropriately in workout clothing (gym shoes, shorts, and t-shirts). Please bring water to help you stay hydrated or vending is available to athletes as well.

Winter Specific training
Winter Specific Training kicks off Thursday, November 6th at our North Facility
Level up this winter with our position-focused baseball training designed for athletes ages 7–12. Each session zeroes in on the technical details of your position—whether you’re on the mound, behind the plate, in the field, or at bat.
Players will get age-appropriate instruction and progressive drills to improve mechanics, execution, and confidence where it matters most: in their position.

Keep the kids moving over winter break with two days of high-energy baseball training led by Milwaukee Angels coaches. This camp is built for players ages 7–12 who want to sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and have a blast doing it. Each 90-minute session includes skill stations and competitive games focused on:

Join us Friday, January 2nd, 2026 for our New Year’s Baseball Camp, led by current college players Kayden Berenz (Western Michigan commit), Jack Lutz (University of South Florida), and Austin Drayna (UW–Parkside). This camp is built for youth athletes who want quality instruction, high-energy reps, and competitive training to kick off 2026 and a whole lot of fun.
